Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Brit Fix, we want you to love every box!
If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please contact admin@thebritfixco.com before returning any items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For any other returns, a refund or replacement may be offered once items are received and inspected.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.

Exclusions

Perishable or opened food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Gift boxes are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging and affected items

We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


Gifts & Non-Food Items

If you purchased a non-food accessory or gift item (such as mugs, keyrings, or merchandise) and it arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
