Customs & Import Duties
All parcels are shipped with accurate customs documentation. However:
Customs policies vary by country, and The Brit Fix Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for parcels refused, delayed, or destroyed by customs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 7 working days before contacting us, as delays can occur in busy shipping periods.
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
